History

Tianyao Hardware was established in 2008, at Liaobu, Dongguan. We are a domestic type company which specilized in magnesium and aluminum die casting. We own from mould making, product producing, polishing, drilling, tapping, machining, CNC pricision machining, testing equipment... With the development of our company, we are dedicated to quality requirement, and we passed the ISO9001: 2008 and TS 16949.

Main market

What we produced are mainly applied in telecomunication, electronics, sport equipment, fishing, lighting, electric tools and so on. We own die casting machine from 180-650t at present, we can almost meet middle and small size products requirement. We own ourself mould room, we could produce high pricision die casting mould as customers requirement. Our mainly customer is: Jarden, Luxottica Tristar, pellenc, huachang...Our products also selled to european, usa, and Southeast Asia.

Vision

Our vision is to become a leader in magnesium/aluminum die casting products produce, manufacture process research, and product application.

Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

A: Definately we are factory. 100% manufacturer in Dongguan, Guangdong, China.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally the mold making leadtime is 4 weeks from mold drawings confirmation.  We will test the mold and send customer the T1sample once the mold is ready. If customer have a urgent request for the samples, we suggest to make the prototypes by CNC machining. The leadtime for 5pcs is about 1 week.

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: Yes, we offer 5-10 samples for free depending on the product size but customer should pay the freight cost.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?

Any payment terms are welcomed by us. We normally handle with T/T. For the mold production, we suggest 50% as deposit and another 50% should be paid after the samples' confirmation. For part production, we suggest 50% as deposit and the balance should be paid before parts shipment. Customers are welcomed to us to check the parts quality when production almost finished.
